PERDI - Personality Disorder Support Groups

We run a variety of different peer-support groups for people with a personality disorder – now called Complex Emotional Difficulties - both in person and online across Thanet, Dover and Deal. It's a place for you to talk to others who understand your position and gain support in managing your mental health and wellbeing.

The groups are a supportive environment where the other members, as well as the staff present, offer support for your mental health and wellbeing. This includes online discussion groups, social meet ups and speakers to discuss the different support options available. We also offer limited one-to-one support to members, working with the local mental health teams to help and support you in obtaining the correct support from those mental health teams. But, please note, we are not a crisis service and will be unable to support you in an emergency. If you are in an emergency or need to speak to someone urgently, please see our Resources page.
